What the Site Collects
Everything on Beef Jerky Hub is open to read, with no account or sign-up required, so the site itself currently keeps very little about you. The search page filters a list that’s already in your browser, so your search terms aren’t sent to us.
Like every website, the server that delivers our pages may keep standard request logs: your IP address, your browser, the pages you asked for and when. We use them to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
Beef Jerky Hub doesn’t currently set cookies of its own. The Google services described below do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

In plain English: Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners show you ads based on where you’ve been online, this site included. If you don’t want personalized ads, you can switch them off in Google Ads Settings or at www.aboutads.info.
Amazon Links and Product Pictures
Many of our articles feature gear and jerky sold on Amazon. The product pictures load from Amazon’s servers, so Amazon receives your IP address and browser details when those pages load, much as it would if you visited Amazon directly. The links carry our Amazon Associates tag, and when you click one, Amazon may set cookies so a purchase gets credited to this site. YouTube Videos Load When You Press Play
Some articles include YouTube videos. The preview image comes from YouTube’s servers when the page loads, but the player itself doesn’t load until you press play. Once you do, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and keep track of what you watch, under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Even the Font Comes from Google
Our typeface loads from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The same Google privacy policy covers those requests.
Other Sites, Other Rules
The directory and many articles link out to jerky makers, shops and social networks. Once you leave Beef Jerky Hub, their privacy practices apply, not ours.
